Our Team
Front of House
From the moment you arrive, Lisa, Jessica, and Angela are there for you and your pet. They’re your first point of contact, offering a friendly ear and expert guidance to make you and your pet feel welcome and cared for. They’ll answer your questions, offer support, and go the extra mile to ensure a positive and comfortable experience.
Back of House
Our senior technicians—Nakayla, Venise, and Tina—and assistants—Steph and Casey—work tirelessly to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety during treatment. Their expertise and passion for animal welfare shine through in every interaction, from gentle handling to skilled support during procedures.
Management
You might not see our practice manager, Kalah, directly interacting with your furry friend, but her dedication extends to their well-being, too. Kalah works behind the scenes to ensure the staff at Bradford Pet Hospital has the resources and training needed to provide your pet with the best possible care.
Our Veterinarians
Dr. Allen Baldridge, DVM
Dr. Allen Baldridge acquired Bradford Pet Hospital in 2020 and has since led the clinic with dedication and heart. A graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, he has a strong interest in surgery, internal medicine, and preventative health. He is a proud member of the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Baldridge enjoys the outdoors with his wife, Dr. Sarah Baldridge, their two children, and their lively menagerie of pets—including dogs, cats, chickens, and fainting goats. He’s often found fishing, camping, or hiking, always wearing his favorite color: K-State Purple.
Dr. Rachel Rome, DVM
Dr. Rachel Rome graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013 and brings years of experience in small animal medicine. Before joining Bradford Pet Hospital, she practiced in New Mexico, and moved to the area with her family in 2021.
She has a passion for pet dentistry and takes pride in maintaining your pets’ oral health. Outside of work, Dr. Rome enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their two cats, Garrus and Tali, who love getting into whatever toys the kids leave behind.
Dr. Douglas Farleigh, DVM
We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our team: Dr. Doug Farleigh! Having earned his DVM from Kansas State University, Dr. Farleigh brings a wealth of knowledge and a proactive approach to our team.

When he’s not at the clinic, Dr. Farleigh loves spending time with his family, including his two wonderful pups, Sammy and Callie!
